Orders are processed after confirmation. Our team may contact you to verify your order details before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and an active contact number. DealZones is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a replacement under our Replacement Policy.
